- Domestic Shipping:
- For Gauteng – delivery courier fees are levied at a flat rate of R150.00 for door to door.
- All other Areas – delivery courier fees are levied at a flat rate of R180.00 for door to door.
- Price may fluctuate depending on weight of product.
- Processing Time
- Order Processing: Once we have received your payment, we will start processing your order. Orders will be handled within 1 – 2 working days following a quality inspection.

Domestic Shipping:

- Gauteng: 2 to 4 working days,
- Major Cities/Towns: 4 to 5 working days,
- Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.
- Shipping Restrictions
- International shipping: Currently, we only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Confirmation
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order via our 3rd party website tracking page.

- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
