Refund and Returns Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Sale items

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued after returned items are inspected and approved. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Proof of damage must be provided.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
